The machine tool bed is made of high-strength cast iron and cast by resin process. The internal stress is eliminated by heat treatment, so that the machine tool has high rigidity.

The X and Z axes of the machine tool adopt sliding guide rails

The X axis of the machine tool is equipped with a grating to improve the machining accuracy of the parts.

The fixture of the machine tool adopts the self centering clamping form.
